Head Start Homes Community Housing Action Group 

 
 

The Head Start Homes Community Housing Action Group (HSH&CH AG) meets monthly working towards our collaborative mission to make the housing stock of its participant members available to persons most in need.
 
HSH&CH AG determines which tenants should be referred for a Head Start Homes Guarantee, the best way to engage with CHP tenants and improvement of services provided to CHP customers (including the homeless) such as financial capability training.
 
The HSH&CH AG is made up of the following member organisations:

  • Head Start Homes;
  • Cred Consulting;
  • Community Housing Limited;
  • SGCH;
  • Wentworth Community Housing;
  • Compass Housing;
  • Bridge Housing;
  • AnglicareSA Housing Limited;
  • Mission Australia
  • Baptist Care NSW;
  • Hume Community Housing Association; and
  • Homes Out West.
