Our 2025 Impact Report 📈

Putting People Before Property ✨

Putting People Before Property ✨

We’re proud to share our Impact Report, showcasing how we’re advancing our vision of a safe and stable home for everyone with fair and practical pathways to home ownership.

This year, we celebrated both our 20th and 30th home ownership milestones—freeing up at least 18 social and affordable homes and delivering 50 direct housing outcomes. In total, we empowered hundreds of households, marking a year of remarkable growth and transformation.

We were welcomed by First Nations communities—yarning, listening, and co-creating solutions—and engaged with national leaders, including the Prime Minister, The Hon Anthony Albanese MP and Speaker of the House, The Hon Milton Dick MP, during a pivotal week for housing reform. Our work was also recognised globally by Microsoft, a humbling endorsement of our tech-enabled, human-centred approach of empowering people through home ownership.

📊 Highlights from 2025:

  • 🏡 32 homes purchased by clients – 14 in 2025 alone, a 78% increase from last year

  • 🏠 18 Social Housing freed up for families on a waitlist and at risk of homelessness.

  • 👨‍👩‍👧 243 households engaged with our Empowerment Services,

  • 🎓 Financial capability - 74 “super saver” households have achieved savings goals

  • 🎥 Inspiring client stories, including Braydon’s and Kamini’s journeys, proving what’s possible when people come first

  • 📈 Revenue growth of 64%, surpassing $1 million

  • 💰 $5.9 million Recycling Capital Fund powering innovative programs like our Head Start Guarantees and our Wollongong Affordable Rent-to-Buy pilot

  • 🤝345,000 in in-kind contributions from partners across sectors, bringing the total value of in-kind support since inception to over $3.5 million.

  • 🌟 Leadership & Diversity: we appointed Interim Co-Chairs Joel Larsen and Josh Moyes, and welcomed four new Directors—Leanne Pilkington, Jackie Trad, Pam Jackson, and Jo Formosa

Together, we’re putting People Before Property, which challenges the notion that a home is merely a profit-making asset. Instead, we understand that home is where we grow, feel safe, and flourish. Safe and secure housing is a human right, and it’s the people inside the home who matter most, not the bricks and mortar.

Every new home represents a life changed—a family empowered, a community strengthened, and a ripple of hope spreading across Australia.
