At Head Start Homes, we believe that strong governance is key to driving lasting and sustainable social impact. That’s why we’re proud to be part of the Westpac Board Observer Program.

 This immersive 12-month initiative, delivered in partnership with MinterEllison and Future Directors, connects not-for-profit and social enterprise boards with senior professionals from Westpac and MinterEllison.

 Observers attend board meetings, bringing fresh energy and expertise to the table.
