HSH welcomes Property Coach Amanda Gould

Head Start Homes warmly welcomes Amanda Gould, Director of Highspec Properties - Buyers Agents, as one of our new property coaches.

Amanda is one of two new coaches joining HSH to support clients on their home ownership journey.

“I’ve always wanted to align myself with an organisation that gives back,” Amanda said.

“HSH is actually empowering people to own their own homes, to break the poverty cycle and help generations to come, which is an integral part of changing society.”

Amanda said she has always had a soft spot for first home buyers.

“I was a first home buyer myself in 1988 and back then, there was nobody to help me.

“First home buyers know they need help but they’re not sure what the process is, or what questions to ask the agent. They don't know who to trust, if the agent is playing games or if the price guide is genuine.

“The property coaching program we’re offering at HSH means experienced professionals will be able to guide clients through and hopefully make it a happy and stress-free experience.”

Amanda will help clients define their wants and needs, identify suitable homes with potential for growth, and walk them through the due diligence process.

“This means I will liaise with the agents and solicitors on their behalf, guide them through how to make an offer, ensure things like building and pest inspections are completed and make sure they’re being treated fairly overall,” she explained.

HSH Founder and Managing Director Stephen Woodlands said Amanda’s expertise and decades of experience would be an asset to the organisation.

“We are most grateful for Amanda’s generosity in providing her services and know our clients will benefit as she guides them toward becoming home owners,” he said.

Amanda is based in Sydney and was recently named the Real Estate Institute of Australia Buyers Agent of the Year 2023.
