Head Start Homes’ $5m Wollongong Affordable Housing Program features on WIN News

Our Founder, Stephen Woodlands was recently featured on WIN News to discuss the Wollongong City Council's recent decision to provide us with $5 million for the delivery of an Affordable Housing Program for lower-income renters in the Wollongong Local Government Area. 

Under the program, Head Start Homes will provide two new products and services, including: 

  1. Our innovative Equity+ solution which will provide an affordable rent-to-buy homeownership pathway. 

  2. Enhanced Empowerment Services that will provide financial guidance and assist people to increase their financial capability through supported savings plans.
