Meet Mikaede (Mika) Conway, the vibrant force behind our admin and marketing magic at Head Start Homes.

Mika joined us just 12 months ago, bringing not only experience, but a contagious positivity and a genuine love for community. Her creativity and attention to detail have elevated our communications, helping us connect more deeply with those we serve.

Natasha Kahn, our Chief of Communications, Fundraising and Company Secretary, shares:
